Marshmallow Cream
Ingredients:
Unflavored gelatin
Agave
Salt
Vanilla Extract
Water
Pour 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in bowl –
Add 1/3 cup water –
Mix until incorporated –
In small pot/pan heat 1 cup of Agave nectar until it’s boiling-
Pour the hot Agave nectar into the gelatin mixture-
With your stand mixer whisk on high speed for 10 minuets-
While whisking add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tb of vanilla extract or flavoring of choice-
Sweet Potato
Pie / Pumpkin Pie
*You can substitute pumpkin for sweet potato just add a little more agava*
½ cup whole
organic milk (2% works too)
½ cup Raw
Agava Nectar
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ ginger
2 Organic eggs beat the eggs before adding to mixture
Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour.
Take your finger and moisten the edges of the pie
crust before putting into the oven. This helps the edges not to burn.
Some people like to brush edges of crust with egg whites.
Organic Heavy Whipping cream lightly
sweetened with Raw Agava and a touch of vanilla makes a
great
whipped topping.
1 tsp of Agava and 1/4 tsp of vanilla for each
pint of whipping cream.
1 Tsp Louisiana Hot sauce
1 TB Mustard
1 Tsp Organic Ketchup
